 Garden Harbor Cottages: Sleeps up to 10 and it consists of 1,560 Sq. ft. including 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms in two structures. There is a 1260 Sq. Ft., two-story, main house (2/2) and a 300 Sq. Ft. back cottage (1/1).  There are private sleeping accommodations for 3 couples plus family arrangements for an additional 4 guests with the use of a single and a queen pullout sleepers in the living room and a single pull out in the Master Bedroom.  All linens are provided and the beds are made fresh for you.  More linen in the closet if needed. It is equipped to satisfy every need and most wants: cozy fireplace, surround sound entertainment center, wireless DSL, outdoor shower, BBQ, deck furniture, soothing foliage and large hot tub.  The Garden Harbor Cottages provide a comfortable and self-sufficient environment, fully enjoyable within itself, and strategically well located in a world-class vacation spot.

In the suite, there is one bedroom with a twin trundle bed on the ground floor near the downstairs full bath with tile shower/tub and a single-size pull-out chair.  Another large bedroom is upstairs with a vaulted ceiling and a Queen bed.  It has its own full bath next door. The cottage has a Queen bed and a small efficiency kitchen as well as a full bath with a shower.  There is about a 15 foot walk between the two cottages with a  hot tub and a lovely garden between them. It is a 2 minute walk west to the Santa Cruz Harbor or a 4 minute walk south to Twin Lakes State Beach or a 17 minute walk west to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Beach equipment and a large kid's pull-wagon are provided in the back shed. There is parking for three vehicles. Off street parking is available for one vehicle and on-street parking for two or more. (2- Seasonally required parking passes are also provided ).
